When Aunt Martha’s Health and Wellness opened its doors in 1972, we had a simple mission – to provide care and support to the most vulnerable members of our community. Today, as we celebrate fifty-one years of growth and service, we are proud to say that we have made a difference in the lives of over 56,000 patients and have touched the hearts of more than 105,000 children and adults across Illinois.

Our twenty-six health centers span 14 counties, serving every patient, regardless of their ability to pay, with the highest level of quality care. This year, Aunt Martha’s health centers ranked #2 in quality compared to other Federal Quality Health Centers. Our organization provides a lifeline of exceptional services for those who have nowhere else to turn, but we can’t do this alone.
